This type of care is meant for folks who are currently expecting a child and seeking a birth doula. I am also trained in holding space for pregnancy loss, should this feel like a service you or your beloveds would be supported by. While each birthing experience is unique, the framework of my Birth Doula package looks something like this:

- Initial Phone/Zoom Consult (Free)

- 2-3 Prenatal Deep Drop Ins

- 24 hour On-call availability for 2 weeks prior to and following your Estimated Due Date

- Hands on, in-person care for the duration of active labor and delivery

- 2 postpartum visits

While final cost is situational, the standard package is available at a sliding, income based, scale of $888-$2,222.

For as long as stories have been told, the ceremony of giving birth has been rich with layers of support. As a birth doula I aim to tend to this desire so many carry... the desire to be seen and held in community through some of our most tender moments. It is my job to hold space for the transformative and unique-to-you Ritual that is the birthing process. In the sacred experience of birthing, I am here to ensure you are informed, cared for, and nourished- body and spirit.
