Ceremony and ritual are some of the key ingredients to meaning making. These processes support us in re-orienting towards our Selves, redefining our purpose, acknowledging the passage of time, feeling seen throughout our individual and collective evolutions, and making space to simply be in togetherness with those who enrich our lives.
I am an experienced ceremonialist with an artful craft for curating spaces to honor various seasons of life. The intuitive ways I facilitate are supported by years of training and careful observation in circles of skilled space holders. I welcome you to reach out for facilitation support in the realms of birth, death, and beyond! My facilitation specialties include Ritual and intention setting, song and sound circles, deep listening, interwoven herbalism, interactive movement, guided journeying and drumming, astrological musings, facilitated sharing, collaborative altar building, and much more. I have reaped rich benefits from weaving together many modalities as a means of creating memorable, amplified, multi-sensory experiences. I welcome and delight in collaborating with other healers and space holders as well.

Herbal Offerings
I have studied herbalism with over a handful of teachers throughout the last decade. I am on track to have over 500 hours of formal herbal education completed by the end of in 2026. This is supported by years of hands-on farming and gardening work, as well as considering myself a perpetual student of and advocate for the Earth, through and through.
I weave plants and much of their wisdom into nearly every circle I facilitate. Their capacity to support us through these lives is vast and I am ever in devotion to the perspective they help me hone. In the past I have enjoyed facilitating plant yoga classes, plant cleansing sessions, and individualized herbal consultations. Consider what ways you would like to see the plants show up more in your life and community! I would be delighted to be a bridge between the human and plant kingdoms.
The most noteworthy herbal offering I have put forth into the world is the Cozy Calendar and associated Tea Clubs. These are seasonal offerings and I encourage you to contact me to be added to my email list for updates!

End of Life
This is an ever-evolving area of my offerings. For both the dying and the living, the tender space of end of life begets a need for tender holding. I meet this sacred passage with deep care. I have a great capacity for navigating conversations around death, dying, and impermanence and would be honored to be a part of your circle as the veil thins between this realm and the great mystery.
